Casey Griffin, Real Estate
Casey Griffin is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Real Estate Finance, and over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry.
He is a licensed real estate broker, and was formerly a principal in the Formarc Company, where he provided both strategic and tactical real estate services to Mark IV Industries, Inc. on an outsourced basis.
Casey came to the Wilson Automotive Group in 2004 from Trammel Crow Company, where he provided strategic and consulting services to their largest multi-service accounts. With national and international responsibility for the coordination of transactional activities, Casey led the team members in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, acquisition of new facilities, portfolio analysis, strategy development and creation of policies and procedures for their real estate activities. He also coordinated Trammel Crow's full line of vertically integrated services: capital markets, property management, development services, investment services and facilities management.
Casey's extensive experience includes acquisition and disposition of corporate facilities, analysis of municipal incentives and financial alternatives, valuation of real estate assets, entitlement processing and environmental issues.
As the outsourced service provider to the Wilson Automotive Group, Casey is responsible for all aspects of the company's real estate activities. Coordination and implementation of all transactional, entitlement and developmental projects fall within his responsibility. Current activities include the acquisition, entitlement and development of Toyota, Lexus and Honda franchises throughout California, Arizona and Mexico.
